What we collect. (1) Information you give us — name, work email, dispensary name, and the sales/menu data you upload for analysis. (2) Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device/browser info, collected via standard analytics. (3) Communications — messages you send us.

How we use it. To provide and improve the Services; to run the analysis you request; to send the CBIN Brief and service messages; to respond to you; and to keep the Services secure. We do not sell your data.

Your operator data. Sales and menu data you upload is yours. We use it only to deliver your analysis and the Services, keep it logically isolated per account, and will sign an NDA on request. We do not share your operator data with other operators.

Sharing. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Services (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention. We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it on request.

Your choices. You can access, correct, or delete your information, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by emailing pat@qs.digital.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure.

Children. The Services are for cannabis businesses and are not directed to anyone under 21.

Changes. We’ll post updates here with a new “last updated” date.
